Editing a scientific publication

The International Diabetes Federation asked us to edit an important publication about designing studies to collect information about diabetes. The content had been written by 19 different authors. They had different writing styles and sometimes used different spelling and grammatical conventions.

We successfully harmonised content across the whole publication, making it consistent and easy to read. We identified and flagged up potential errors that had crept in, providing a safety net for IDF and helping to maintain their high quality standards.
